Like many others in the industry Katherine worked her way through the ranks, starting as a receptionist for a small conveyancing firm in 2002. Her skills and dedication saw her quickly become an assistant conveyancer and in 2005 she joined BankWest Conveyancing as a conveyancer. When Bankwest Conveyancing closed its doors in 2009 Katherine joined Currie & Reeves Conveyancing as a senior conveyancer.
Katherine became a licensed conveyancer in 2011 and this, combined with her years of experience, allows her to mentor and train other conveyancers, ensuring C&R continues to provide the high level of service we are known for. In 2012 Katherine was promoted to Business Development Manager and completed further study to become a licensed sales representative through REIWA.
She takes pride in thoroughly understanding both the real estate and settlement industries. She knows the challenges real estate agents face, and the rules they must operate under, and is able to provide advice in any situation. Katherine was appointed Licensee in 2014 and managed her time between the three offices in Nedlands, Mandurah and Bunbury.
In 2015 Katherine opened C&R Conveyancing South in Cockburn Central and her ability to lead a strong team and knowledge of the real estate and settlement industry has led to strong growth of the company and they were awarded Office of the Year in 2016.

In 2017 Katherine was recognised by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers as a certified practising conveyancer.
Katherine has trained her team to specialises in Electronic Conveyancing through PEXA and C&R Conveyancing South were the first settlement agency in Western Australia to complete the highest number of transactions nationally. She continually supports her staff to grow and learn in the industry and her commitment to customer relations is second to none.
